Success Virtual Learning Centers is proud to celebrate Rebecca “Becky” Klupp, Special Education Teacher, as our September Staff of the Month.
Becky joined Success in 2017 and has been a steady, positive force ever since. In her role, she provides individualized instruction for students with IEPs, collaborates with general education teachers, and creates the tools and systems that make learning more accessible for every student. She’s known for pitching in wherever she’s needed—building resources, sharing materials, and offering support to teammates across centers.
This year, Becky is also serving on the MTSS Development Team, adding a special education lens to the planning and implementation that guide our day-to-day work. That participation reflects her larger approach: keep students engaged online and at the centers, rely on teamwork, and look for practical solutions that remove barriers to learning.
Colleagues describe Becky as dependable, detail-oriented, and generous with her time. She’s the person who quietly fills gaps—organizing shared notes, fine-tuning processes, and checking in on both students and staff. Those small, consistent actions add up to a big impact. Whether she’s helping a student meet an IEP goal or helping a teammate problem-solve, Becky models what it means to show up for others.
Becky says her proudest accomplishment at Success is the relationships she has built. She wants coworkers to know they can come to her for help, ideas, or just a listening ear. That mindset is informed by her own family experience; she credits her husband’s perseverance—and the insights she’s gained from supporting someone with learning disabilities—with shaping how she advocates for students.
Outside of work, Becky’s life is full of family and creativity. Much of her free time is happily spent cheering for kids’ sports, robotics, and dance, or playing board games and cards with her grandkids. When she finds a quiet moment, you’ll likely catch her crafting—scrapbooking, card-making, and diamond art are favorite ways to unwind. She’s also a “no coffee, no tea” person; hot chocolate or a Cherry Coke is her go-to. And when it’s time to focus, she turns up the music—anything from Jelly Roll and Reba McEntire to The Beatles and Salt-N-Pepa—to tune out distractions and get things done.
Looking ahead, Becky’s personal goal is to be more present and less tied to technology—a simple idea that echoes the care and attention she brings to her students every day.
Please join us in congratulating Rebecca Klupp, our September Staff of the Month. Becky, thank you for your leadership, your steady support, and the heart you bring to Success Virtual Learning Centers. We’re grateful for all you do for our students and our team!
